Directions to Inner Balance 475 Main Street Suite 2E Farmingdale, NY 11735

From the SS pkwy. Exit 33 (route 109) West. After approximately 1.5 miles turn right onto Main Street. (There will be a 7 - eleven and Goodyear on the corner If you hit McDonalds you went too far. The building will be on your right.

From the 135 (Seaford Oysterbay Expressway) Get off 7E (24/Hempstead Tpke) After 1.5 miles turn right onto Main Street. Library Cafe and Blimpie on the corner. The building will be on your left shortly after the 1st traffic light.

From Rt. 110 - Travel west on Conklin Avenue toward Spartan Diner, away from movie theater. After 1.25 mies make a left on Main Street. Grecian Grill and Blimpie on the corners. The building will be on you left.

The address is 475 Main Street, Suite 2E, Farmingdale, NY 11735. It is across from a Waldbaums Shopping Center and has a green awning. There is additional parking behind the building if you turn down either side street adjacent to the building. You will find the entrance off the first street behind Main Street.
