Service Description

Join us for a special event with Rachelle Bojer, MSPT created just for doulas, midwives, and birth workers that want to learn more about pelvic health. What you will learn: -What is the pelvic floor and why is it important? -How do pelvic floor PT's help clients prepare for birth: for both vaginal and c-section deliveries? -Why is it important to heal after delivery? -Why is scar management important? Especially for episiotomy and c-section? -How is the core related to the pelvic floor? Workshop is 7pm-9pm in Farmingdale at The Nesting Place.

To cancel this booking, please contact ASAP. If canceled 11+ days before class, there is 90% refund. If canceled within 10 days of training, there is a 50% refund. Within 48 hours, there is NO refund. There is always the option to use your credit for future trainings.
